PsycBotsogo was established in 2020 after years of experience in public sector, other private clinics, and academia locally and regionally.
Our active collaboration with colleagues within multi-disciplinary teams ensures holistic patient wellbeing.

I am a humanist serving as a practicing and researching clinical psychologist dedicated to the science and care of those experiencing mental health challenges.
I have registered with the Botswana Health Professions Council and the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I have over a decade experience in academia (University of Botswana 2012 & 2016-2023), public sector mental health (Fort England Psychiatric Hospital, Grahamstown, South Africa, 2014-2016), and private practice (PsycBotsogo, 2020- ongoing). I have membership of the American Psychological Association, Society for the Study Addiction, and the International Society for the Study of Drug Policy.
I am multidimensional practitioner with experience in psychological assessment and treatment of varied mental health challenges among children, adults and communities.

My work extends beyond the clinic and lab, and aims to bring lasting system change. I am most proud of being among reviewers and technical team members working on the soon to be enacted Mental Health Act (Botswana).
